Employment:
Full Time
• The field service representative is responsible for service, troubleshooting, installation and maintenance.
• Supporting customers to include patients and hospital staff on a regular basis providing superior customer service with customer centric solutions.
• Supporting the unit team for products technical matters.
Requirements
• Minimum 5-8 year’s experience in service, troubleshooting, installation and maintenance.
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology or related field.
