Job description / Role

- Must understand and able to deliver a good customer service to all patients.
- Able to follow simple to complex instructions.
- Must have a very good attention to details.
- Is presentable and can work with minimal supervision.
- Able to respect patients confidentiality and respect company policies.
- Able to work under pressure and able to do multi-tasking.
- Must be a good team player and able to maintain a smooth working environment within colleagues and management.
- Able to adhere with the company policies and regulations.

Duties and responsibilities will be discussed at the time of interview once your application has been shortlisted.

Requirements

Successful Candidate will be responsible mainly in receiving patients and answering calls.

- A degree holder would be an advantage.
- Previous job experience as a medical or dental receptionist would be an advantage.
- To qualify for the job, you must have a good communication skills in English (Verbal and written).
- Excellent computer literacy is required (MS Office Applications etc).
