Al-Futtaim Finance is looking for performance driven Senior Sales Executives/Business Development managers to work with our Automotive Sale Team across the UAE. This vacancy is specifically looking after all the future/upcoming Finance and Insurance Manager/ Business Development Manager roles across all Automotive brands. Location varies across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, & Northern Emirates) depending on your preference and the need of our businesses.

We invite applications from individuals who can demonstrate a successful track record vehicle sales, who are confident, articulate and capable of delivering exemplary levels of customer service. Candidates should also have strong negotiation skills and be able to construct and conclude transactions.

Responsibilities are based around the sale of financial products that AFF offers and include:
- To maximise the profitable sales of finance and insurance products.
- To assist in the closing of vehicle sales by providing finance products as an aid to selling.
- To secure finance business using providers approved by AFF.
- To ensure the company's F & I policies are followed by all staff.
- To ensure that Sales Management and other front line sales staff are kept abreast of developments in the finance and insurance market.
- To maximise the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and associated products through the satisfaction and retention of customers.
- Achieve new and used vehicle unit target as set by Sales Manager.
- To enhance the company’s reputation at every opportunity when interacting with others.

Interviews for this role that based in UAE, are being held on Oct 13th in London. Since the location of these interviews is in the UK, candidates based there will be preferred.

Requirements

- A minimum of 4 years of automotive sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle sales process and bank finance processes within the UAE
- Strong understanding of Finance and Insurance products and services, including Islamic and Conventional Funding and Insurance features, benefits, advantages and customer eligibility
- Ability to manage sales staff.
- Ability to present, advise and communicate Finance and Insurance products & services to customers
