Job description / Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Legal Consultancy based in Abu Dhabi.
In order to continue their successful growth plans, this company is looking to bring on board a Finance Assistant.
As a Finance Assistant, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Support the Finance Manager with all accounts administration including purchase invoice entry, raising invoices, payroll and credit reconciliation
- General data entry using Sage and Excel
- Working with invoices and payments
- Logging client details on system and addressing any required issue/updates
- General filing, managing incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements
- 3-5 years working experience in a similar role preferably in Legal industry
- Excellent office administration skills
- Great understanding of UAE law
- Focused and motivated with the ability to use initiative and to work as part of a team
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner, including excellent telephone skills
- Based in Abu Dhabi
