Job description / Role
- Good knowledge of IFRS & GAAP
- Consolidation of financial statements
- Budget preparation & Forecast
- Treasury & Cash flow management
- Setting up internal controls
- Management of audits (Statutory & Internal)
- Reporting to CEO & Board
Requirements
- Graduation (CPA/CMA/CA is preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in progressive roles
- Prior experience in heading the finance department is a must
- Experience in merger & acquisition is an advantage
- Age below 45
