Finance Director - UAE National

Job description / Role

Our highly recognised, profitable client is looking for a UAE National to become their next Finance Director working from Dubai. They have stressed the importance for profiles to be UAE Nationals only. They are a prestigious organization which overlooks the regional prosperity of a dynamic and competitive industry.

Reporting to the CSS (Chief of Shared Services), the Financial Director will be responsible for;
- Directing, managing and coordinating thrilling programs and activities of the Financial Services
- Developing and maintaining all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company
- Developing and monitoring the company's operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met and financial and statutory regulations complied with
- Conducting and managing the financial analysis, annual financial reporting, revenue collection, cash handling and debt management for the business
- Coordinate assigned activities with other departments, divisions, and Site Offices

Requirements

The Successful Applicant MUST be a UAE National with the following;
- Bachelor’s Degree with a Finance or Relevant Major
- Preferred Qualification: Masters (Advantage)
- Finance/Account Specialist with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Currently working as either Senior Finance Manager, or Finance Director within a large complex organization
- Strong communication skills: English and Arabic (Read, Write, Speak)
