Employment: Full Time

Finance Manager (Luxury Retail experience is a must)

A leading luxury Italian fashion brand offering an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager.

Some of the responsibilities are:
- Manages correctly administrative tasks, in terms of accuracy and regularity of the accounting records and reliability of fiscal data.
- Draft the balance sheet, in respect of corporate civil and fiscal principles.
- Prepares the budget, the forecasts, the monthly report in respect of timing and group procedures .
- Supervises Cost control and profitability by product lines.
- Promotes the necessary improvements for an efficient and effective internal control system (Stock, Cash, Payroll, etc..)
- Supervises the execution of administrative activities associated with the business process (active and passive cycle, treasury)
- Manages the treasury, in accordance with the Group procedures, updating the weekly cash flow forecasts split for company and agreeing the methods of intervention with the Group CFO .
- Manages relationships with lending institutions, auditors, tax advisors and local law .
- Oversees the legal aspects coordinating with the Corporate Legal Affairs
- Analyzes, implements, monitors and manages his role activities in respect of the corporate fiscal and legal themes.
- Supervises the local IT issues .
- Coordinates projects undertaken by management, in terms of administrative and fiscal aspects.

Requirements

- 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager
- Previous experience in Luxury retail
- Be fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Have advanced IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint... )
- High level of economic and finance knowledge in complex organization
- International economic and treasury background
- High level of comfort working with programmers and database experts to understand information to generate reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to quickly identify and articulate the components of a complex project or issue
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and teams contribution.
- Ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
- Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
- Have the capacity to develop and maintain senior level relationships and provide direction and influence at that level
