Job description / Role
To do financial forecasting, planning and analysis process, and identify, resolve potential financial risks areas in timely manner and prepare monthly and annual financial report for Partners.
- Manage compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements
- On a monthly basis conduct balance sheet reconciliation for review by Managing Partners/Operations Director
- Ensure the monthly reconciliation of ledgers
- Coordinate and prepare annual budgets
- Ensure that the business cash flow adequately support company work activities and produces optimal result
- Prepare and check monthly staff payroll, payments to suppliers and subcontractors and other related financial activities
- Ensure all finance records are kept accurately and securely
- Attend meetings if required
- Present, implement and manage financial plan that includes both short- and long-term financial goals for the company.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining financial and investment relationships for Partners and advising accordingly.

- Producing financial reports for Partners investments
- Keeping clients and company management regularly updated about their investments
