Charterhouse are currently working with an international Asset Management and Facilities Services provider, whom are currently looking to hire a Finance Manager, to oversee the financial operation and management for one of their property assets.
This standalone role will take ownership of all transactional accounting for this entity along with the delivery and production of finance reports linking to balance sheet, P&L and variance reporting. This position will also provide key financial-based analysis to deliver cost control whilst also assessing fixed and variable costs linked to 3rd part contracts and vendors. This Finance Manager will be required to inherit and oversee the full finance spectrum whilst also developing strong control process along with a timely and accurate reporting capability to support and develop the business operation from a planning and budgeting prospective.
Requirements
Our client will look to hire a professionally qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with a capability and understanding of either real estate development or property services. The successful candidate shall be expected to possess a strong accountancy-based background, aligned to IFRS, combined with a demonstrable track record to the development of controllership and governance; in the support and rollout of MIS-based reporting across commercial and operational dimensions. The nature of the organisation requires their Finance Manager to present strong stakeholder management capabilities, along with an ability, to communicate across a broad range of functional areas to internationally based line managers and service providers.
