Finance Manager - FMCG

Job description / Role

MNC within the FMCG sector is looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Currently recruiting a Finance Manager for one of our strategic client, a MNC within the FMCG. This company shows remarkable growth activity in the region and delivers its products across the MEA region. The Finance Manager will play a key role in the constant growth of this business and report directly into the CFO.

The Finance Manager will oversee all finance and accounting matters, so if you are looking for a role that will provide you with autonomy and responsibility this could be of particular interest to you.

Specifics of the role include:
- Participating in developing the budget and financial planning
- Improving the business' processes, as well as updating procedures and policies
- Liaising with external auditors and ensure that the company complies with all aspects of the audits
- Leading the AP/AR team
- Participating in the implementation of a new ERP

Requirements

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or similar) and a professional degree/certification such as CPA OR ACCA
- Must have strong experience in a similar accounting/finance role with international exposure
- Experience in audits with a BIG4 is advantageous
- Knowledge of SAP
- Perfectly fluent in spoken, written and reading the English language
- Arabic understanding would also be an advantage
