Job description / Role
Our client a Category 1 licensed bank is looking for a Financial Officer (FO). The Finance Officer will be responsible for maintaining financial, accounting, administrative jobs in order to meet PIB requirements by DFSA and to support the Branch's treasury operations.
FO will directly report to the SEO of the Branch and is responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, financial administration, and managing overall office operations in accordance with the PIB rules preparing the reports as and when required.
FO shall work on the contract of full-time employment with the Shinhan Bank.
Requirements
FO's key responsibilities would include:
- Administering and monitoring the Branch's financial system in order to ensure that all the Branch's finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manners;
- Maintaining the Branch's accounts to ensure complete and accurate records of all money payable and receivables;
- Providing other finance and management related duties as required and preparing periodic reports to the relevant departments in the Head Office.
