We don’t hire annoying sales people or pushy recruitment consultants, we are looking for a finance industry professional who is looking for a change of scene.

Job responsibilities include:
- Researching and selecting top quality clients to work with
- Business development to grow your reputation in the market
- Client meetings and candidate interviews
- Creating job advertisements, CV profile templates and advertising material
- Contract negotiations, reference checking and invoicing
- Client and candidate relationship building/ networking

Requirements

- Professional spoken and written business English communication skills
- Currently working in the finance/banking/investment industry in the UAE
- 3-5 years finance experience in the region and a relevant degree
- An outgoing, friendly and likeable personality
- The ability to leverage personal and business networks to develop strong client and candidate relationships
- Strong negotiation, networking and influencing skills
- Self motivated, focused and hardworking with the desire to excel
