Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Strategy:
- Work with the partner group to develop and communicate the marketing strategy for FA
- Manage relevant stakeholder relationships and facilitate knowledge-sharing across the stakeholder groups
- Develop and execute marketing plans for each key campaign
- Build relationships with relevant key account teams/industry groups and support their efforts to drive new propositions/market offerings into the market
- Ensure FA leverages DTME and global activity as appropriate

Marketing and eminence:
- Design and implement appropriate marketing campaigns according to industry and service line objectives in line with market condition, taking ultimate responsibility
- Be recognised as go-to person for Deloitte brand guidelines and setting standards
- Seek media opportunities to increase overall profile of FA, through coverage in print, on line and broadcast media related to campaigns

Service excellence:
- Consult and influence across DTME to ensure FA campaigns are embedded across all FA offices, other service lines and industry groups (as appropriate)
- Regularly review processes, methodologies and systems that relate to marketing campaign delivery to continually improve way of working and efficiency
- Responsible for marketing budget management and monitoring return on investment
- Day to day line management responsibility for marketing assistant, providing coaching and direction to enable development

- Local and regional FA managing directors
- FA offices across the region
- FA business development team
- Middle East central MarComms team
- DTME clients and industries partner
- Middle East industry groups and IMO teams
- Deloitte member firm marketing teams (global, regional, local)

External Relationships:
- Dubai Economic Council
- Industry bodies (i.e ACCA, ICAEW)
- Local and regional media
- Industry and sector organisations relevant to collaborate with for sponsorships and partnerships/MOU’s

Requirements

- CIM qualified or marketing degree or equivalent.
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies and executing against them.
- Experience in senior stakeholder management
- Proven campaign management experience over multiple, concurrently running campaigns; able to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, including presentation skills.
- Experience in managing teams (both real and virtual).
- Strong budget management capabilities
- Team player who is also able to work independently and autonomously.
- Professional, proactive and easy-going.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels and able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business.
- Passion for and understanding of the Deloitte brand and professional services.
