Job Description
The Financial Analyst post is responsible for providing deep financial insight and high-quality business partner support to University management in relation to high-level financial analysis, financial modelling and financial reporting.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification
Applicants must be qualified to CMA, hold an equivalent level qualification and have sufficient professional experience such that you are competent to easily interact with and give presentations to senior management. You should have strong IT skills, especially regarding the use of spreadsheets and financial management systems, and competent using Microsoft Office applications as appropriate to the role.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in accounting plus CPA, CMA, CA or equivalent
Expected Skills/Rank/Experience
At least 5 years' professional experience including post-qualification experience working for a large organization of similar size and complexity to the University in a commercial environment
