Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Financial controller would perform support and control activities to the region covering current and future operations in the UAE, Qatar and Egypt.
- Prepare month-end closing activities with Operations and Accounting.
- Analyze Actuals with Budget, Forecasts, Outlook and Previous year.
- Prepare and represent Finance for monthly reviews for Service lines, Practice and Market.
- Prepare budget, forecast and outlook and their reporting in IRIS.
- Establish action plans with Operations to improve results.
- Create of projects in SAP, invoicing, raising debit/ credit note.
- Confer and coordinate for audits with internal and external auditors.
- Analyze of Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt clearing account - including close follow up with Marketing and Sales to ensure on time booking.
- Detail assessments of 3rd party invoices before payable is booked in the system and ensure payment to vendors as per payment terms.
- Follow on time and accurate invoicing to customers
- Manage the account receivables and ageing reports, take active role in collection with Operations.
- Reconcile account receivables with the clients.

Requirements

- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Previous experience in operational controlling in a multinational and multi service line context
- Knowledge of SAP Nessie, IRIS, solid Excel skills
- Robust analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands, and prioritise appropriately
- Gravitas, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
