Having experienced rapid growth in recent years, with tens of thousands of customers supported by more than 4,500 employees in 33 countries, they are seeking to take the company to the next level. As a result, they are now in the search for two ambitious, Financial Controllers for each of their two key market regions, UK and Dubai.

Role: Financial Controller / Finance Business Partner
Location: Milton Keynes, United Kingdom or Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: Competitive

Responsibilities Include:
- Carry out analytics to support the decision making process on product-price-positioning for new product launches and over the entire product lifecycle for a defined product portfolio, covering also the aspect of efficient & effective product bundling to reduce complexity
- Support the benchmarking process of our product pricing against the competition, taking in to account the local market conditions
- Control both the price list setting and discount setting processes; monitoring appropriateness against Group levels and local responses.
- Recommend corrective actions for pricing & discount setting and drive or monitor the implementation with the different stakeholders
- Provide KPI reports on the above duties that drive future improvement project or refine the pricing process.

These roles are key to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the EMEA Decision Makers with solid fact base analysis underpinning success.

Requirements

- Ideally a Bachelors degree, a Qualified Accountant or completing a recognised Accounting Qualification (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) with demonstrable experience in an Accounts or Finance function.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to cross border collaboration where peers and colleagues are geographically dispersed.
- Strong in information analytics & reporting using Microsoft Excel, Business Information Warehouse (or equivalent) and Other Sources (e.g. Internet Research or Data Provider)
- Ability to contribute in improving the methods/processes/tools/organisation by dedicated global projects

Travel Requirements:
Domestic and international travel will be required for this role up to 30%.
