Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Budget: Prepare annual budgets both revenue & capitol in coordination with other operating department, to provide guidelines for the financial year.
- Audit: Coordination with internal & external auditors by providing the relevant information and documents in respect of accounts department & also other department. to provide accurate unit financial results to management.
- Implementation of new procedure & standards: Develop and implement new procedure & standard,to ensure better work flow & efficiency.
- Monitoring cash flow: Monitoring cash flow with tight control on expenses,pricing & credit facility given to our customer & facility provided by our vendors.
- Reporting finance activities: Prepare various financial statement & other MIS reports periodically and submitting the same to the management,
- Staff supervision: Supervising the accounts department- day to day operation & to make sure daily task is completed as per the requirement.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor degree in accountancy is must.

Experience:
At least 10 yrs experience in Hotel industry, with strong experience in financials operations( includes knowledge in payables,receivables, procurements), also know the handle statutory & internal audits, good communications skills,
