Job description / Role
We are recruiting for a Automotive company who are expanding their franchises outside of the UAE, they now require a FC to manage new finance divisions, this will be an integral role in the HQ finance function.
Automotive Dealership Finance is a must on this.
Prepare and present business plans, annual budgets, forecasts, feasibility studies etc
Control P+L to deliver budget to plan.
Construct OEM pricing structures, work with the business development teams supporting bid costings
Additional implementation of new ERP systems, Provide vehicle dealership accounting expertise to the team and develop other finance team members and be open to continuous self development.
Additional travel outside of the UAE to Europe, Africa, Asia
Requirements
- Internationally recognized accountancy qualification (CPA is a must).
- Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting position in automotive dealerships
- Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including GAAP federal and state financial regulations.
- Knowledge of automated financial, accounting reporting systems.
- Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis
- Up to date knowledge of regulations and compliance issues.
The ability to lead change processes and provide financial leadership.
