Financial Controller/Director

Job description / Role

SALARY AED 27K GROSS

Our manufacturing client is a global leader in their industry. Headed up by a dynamic Senior Management Team, they are looking to add a self-motivated, experienced finance expert to head the finance and admin departments.

This position would see you working alongside the Directors, helping them to make key business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Process improvement
• Setting up financing for new factory
• Improving costing & pricing models
• Standard FC responsibilities such as: Monthly management reporting, Treasury management, Year end accounting
• Act as influencer and key adviser to the Board
• Oversee a team of 7 in finance and 20 overall across other divisions including purchasing

Salary:
AED 27000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience essential, ideally from bespoke environment
• Strong costing experience
• Experience to date should cover stock, purchasing and systems improvement
• Fully qualified (CIMA preferred, or ICAEW, ACCA)
• Working at least at Finance Manager or Controller level already
• Strong team management experience
• Dynamic and entrepreneurial personality, always looking to improve things
