Job description / Role

Charterhouse is in partnership with a well-established US Law Firm who is interested in hiring a Financial Markets Associate to join the market leading practice in their Dubai office.

The role will involve working closely with the lead Partner and Fee Earners in the firm as well the broader global network of high calibre associates.

The position will revolve around assisting a diverse client base of global financial institutions, issuers, funds, asset managers. You will also assist in a range of matters from closing high value financing transactions, advising on compliance, investigations and enforcement issues to handling sophisticated financial litigations such as structured finance, derivatives and class action litigation.

Requirements

The firm is interested in speaking with candidates with 2-5 years of post-qualified experience within leading international law firms. Successful candidates will have strong academic records and qualifications.

You should be common law qualified. Regional experience is an advantage but not required. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Arabic and French language skills are advantageous but not required.
