Charterhouse is working with a leading global law firm looking to hire a Financial Markets Lawyer with 2-4 years PQE to join its market leading Restructuring practice in Dubai.

The role will involve working closely with the lead Partner and senior Lawyers in the firm’s Dubai office and well as part of its broader Middle East network. The firm is looking at growing their Restructuring practice in the UAE.

This role will involve all aspects of banking and finance, with a particular interest in distressed debt restructurings, corporate administration and insolvency proceedings. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leading law firm which is well established in the UAE market with clear long-term career development prospects and the opportunity to play a key role in relation to high profile matters.

Requirements

The firm is interested in speaking to Qualified Junior Lawyer with 2-4 years post qualification experience gained at a leading law firm. Strong academic records and qualifications. Notable experience having acted on restructuring / insolvency mandates is preferred. Candidate must be able to manage a high degree of responsibility.
