Fire and Safety Inspector - Al Futtaim Real Estate (AFRE) - Dubai

The purpose of this job is to support the Senior Facilities Manager and Facilities Management team to ensure the best quality of Health and Safety (HAS) services are provided across all AFRE properties within UAE in a competent manner and to maintain the smooth running of the properties safely on day to day basis. The role holder is expected to highlight any Fire and Safety concerns within AFRE properties immediately to the Senior Facilities Manager for remedial and immediate action.

This role serves to advise, monitor and supervise Fire and Safety activities and to facilitate the safe and healthy running of AFRE properties.

This role will be based out of Al Futtaim Real Estate Office at Festival City, Dubai.

Requirements

The ideal candidate needs to have excellent Fire and Safety knowledge and experience within a dynamic city environment.

The candidate must possess a valid certification from Dubai Civil Defence to apply and be considered for this role. This is a mandatory requirement for the role without which we cannot proceed ahead with an application.
