Taylor Sterling is looking to hire an experienced Fit Out Engineer to join a leading building contractor in Dubai. Client is currently working on an iconic mixed use building project.
Job Description:
- Management of all interior fit out works to program, budget and quality
- Development of procurement and time schedules for each fit out project
- Participate in the pre qualification and selection of sub-contractors
- Oversee the daily site works and issuing of site instructions
- Good Supervisory skills.
Requirements
- Graduate Civil Engineer with Interior Fit-out experience, with relevant experience in a Similar Position in the U.A.E in an interior fit out company is mandatory.
- Must Be a Dubai Municipality Approved & having a Valid U.A.E Driving License.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of personnel
- Candidates who are immediately available will be given preference.
- Thorough knowledge of UAE’s interior fit-out industry in all sectors (hospitality, commercial, offices and residential)
