Job description / Role
Main Responsibilities:
- To maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of all equipment, of the overall facilities.
- To perform all guest services in a professional, hygienic and safe manner.
- During services ensure they are cost effective by following product usage guidelines at all times.
- To be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each service.
- To keep work area clean and neat at all times.
- To maintain an ample supply of necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the service area. Preparation of kits as required/needed.
- To be able to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members and guests.
- To maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all services.
- To ensure that guest's specifications are adhered to and that the intuitive is taken to ensure any guest's contra indications are accounted for before beginning any service.
- To maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.
- To assist in any and all ways in the other SPA areas when not scheduled to perform services.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Ideally already based in the UAE.

- Ability to work on your own or in teams

About the Company
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. Over the following decade, Jay Pritzker and his brother, Donald Pritzker, working together with other Pritzker family business interests, grew the company into a North American management and hotel ownership company, which became a public company in 1962. In 1968, Hyatt International was formed and subsequently became a separate public company. Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation were taken private by the Pritzker family business interests in 1979 and 1982, respectively.
