Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Handles vehicle registration, insurance procedures and maintenance for all fleet and private (family owned) vehicles.
- Keep accurate record of all fleet vehicles and maintenance history
- Handles accident related procedures with traffic police & insurance companies, in Dubai Courts and General Department of - - Criminal Investigation for obtaining clearance certificates
- Carries out purchase/sale of group’s vehicles and handle all administrative issues in this regard
- Performs all procedures related to Rent a car requests.
- Coordinates with respective management and concerned authorities for any employee death cases
- Makes payments of fines, SALIK accounts, and other requests from the employees and owners
- Establish strong relationships with external parties such as insurance agents, luxurious car agents etc.

Requirements

- High School or equivalent/Diploma
- Minimum 6 years of experience in UAE

Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of geographic locations of traffic departments & related Government office.
- Knowledge of UAE Traffic Procedures and RTA rules and regulations
- English and Arabic language capability.
