Job description / Role
Job Purpose:
The Operations Coordinator plans and schedules all vehicles. This includes liaising closely with HR and Truck Specialist to align on available Pilots and Maintenance activities, to optimize schedules and foresee and circumvent bottlenecks, and, load schedules in the dashboard so that vehicles reflect the plan. The Ops Coordinator also maintains the Operations Manual and develops and maintains all SOP's
Key Responsibilities (What you will be responsible for)
- Maintaining the Operations Master Plan
- Creating the B2C schedule and maintaining it in real time to reflect changes including B2B petrol deals
- Creating and maintaining the B2B plan (diesel)
- Supporting Operations in licensing/permits/passes for Pilots Trucks to complete upon deals.
- Periodically reviewing the arrangements set, and amending schedules to optimize assets.
- Creating robust B2B SOPs and updating in event of changes.
- Building and maintaining relationships with HR and Lead Truck Specialist
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Skills / Competencies required:
- Attention to detail to ensure schedule remains accurate
- Quick action taker – schedules updated in real time so they remain constantly accurate
- Good interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Driven personality and follows up to enable operations preparedness for executing deals
Experience required:
- Previous experience as Fleet Supervisor desired
- Excellent planning and scheduling skills
- Sound MS Excel or other planning tool use
