Job description / Role
• Managing a team of drivers on daily basis
• Planning the operation on daily basis
• Arrange the recoveries availability as per the demand
• Ensure using the system and application as company policy
• Ensure reporting daily operations and its activity
• Escalating and reporting the challenges
• Inspecting the drivers and vehicles
• Coordinate with the workshop team for repairs and registrations
• Finding solutions to operational obstacles
• Measuring the driver performance and productivity
• Monitoring the misuse of the vehicle
• Decrease the dead operated kilometers
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or in a field which is quite relevant to the job site
• Male - any Nationality
• Languages known - English, Urdu , Hindi , Arabic
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
• UAE Driving License
