Floor Supervisor up to 6K AED for a Catering Services Company in UAE
Position: Floor Supervisor
Salary: up to 6,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Hiring Company: Catering Services Company (Moroccan Casual Dining)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Availability: Can join immediately
Employment Type: Permanent
Responsibilities:
• Helping the team understand performance targets and goals
• Training or ensuring that workers are properly trained for their specific roles
• Scheduling work hours and shifts
• Coordinating job rotation and cross-training
• Providing reports and activity updates to management
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
• Open to Moroccan candidates
• Male or Female, below 35 years old
Education/Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food Services Management or any relevant certification
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in any FnB Luxury brands
• Proven track record of delivering high quality service and operations
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge on basic business math and accounting skills
• Good command over English (Writing and Speaking)Education
• Ability to manage a multicultural team and displays leadership skills
