Job description / Role

We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Florist will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements and decorations for clients, special events, and in-store displays.

Responsibilities:
• Create beautiful floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, including weddings, funerals, and special events.
• Design custom flower arrangements for customers, ensuring each design is unique and meets the client's specifications.
• Maintain a high level of quality workmanship when creating floral arrangements.
• Assist with ordering, pricing, and stocking flowers, greenery, and other materials.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in floral design and techniques.
• Train and manage junior staff members.

Salary:
AED 4000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a floral design role.
• A creative eye for design and a passion for flowers.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Knowledge of flower care and handling techniques.
• Experience with event planning.
• Proficient in the use of computers and floral design software.
