Food & Beverage Controller/ Accountant

Job description / Role

Food and beverage controllers work in the hospitality industry, where they control the ordering, purchasing and issuing of food and beverage goods.

These controllers focus on ensuring hotels, restaurants and cruise ships have sufficient amount of foods and beverages to meet customers’ needs. To join this profession, you must meet the required educational and experience requirements

Accounting
• Responsible for timely and accurate input, interaction and update of all Food & Beverage accounting systems and records.
• Responsible for assisting the F&B Accounting Supervisor with month end inventories and processing of data.
• Prepares and processes all food and beverage invoices for accounts payable.
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary:
AED 400 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
