Job description / Role
- To handle all F&B suppliers onsite and to report back to the F&B Manager
- To manage F&B setup on site and to report back to the F&B Manager
- To ensure all meal distributions are being done on time and that stations are being maintained accordingly (pre, during and after meal periods)
- To take daily updates from the Projects team on site and to inform the F&B Manager and suppliers in due course
- To manage daily meal counts in order not to face any additional charges or any shortages in meals
- To ensure the delivery of meal tickets/counts and to cross check with the different departments on site – refer back to F&B Manager on daily basis
- To Manage the kids meal distribution and operation on site
- Assist the F&B Manager in sourcing and securing F&B concessions
- Manage concessionaires on site
- Prepare and submit on the required format all information necessary for budgeting purposes, timeously and accurately
- To be fully aware of trends in the industry and make suggestions for improvements on the catering operation
- Ensure that hygiene standards are maintained in all areas
- Take the necessary steps in the event of theft, burglary or fire
- Ensure that reports and administration requirements are submitted on time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration w. minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
- Effective working relationship with team members and managers.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office - PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
Languages:
- Fluent in English
- Moderate in Arabic
