Job description / Role
To lead a team of technicians in the execution of the maintenance plan by accurately scoping the work activities, authorising and supervising day-to-day maintenance and repair work in order to ensure the availability and reliability of effective and safe equipment as per the required quality standards and defined operating procedures, and at optimal cost.
Requirements
- 10 to 12 years experienced in Ship repair
- Good knowledge of the respective Operations Centre area
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer generated reports
- Strong knowledge of installation, repair, testing and maintenance of the equipment used within the respective Operations Centre, and understand the associated mechanical components
