Forensic Planning Manager - Dubai
Our Client is a leading tier one Contractor with a large presence in the Middle East.
Their impressive portfolio of live projects include 5* hotels, high rise luxury & residential developments.
Their workload currently spans across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Saudi Arabia in the Middle East.
This particular role is based in Dubai.
They require a Forensic Planning Manager to oversee a 1 Billion AED + Build project.
Requirements
This person will be an experienced Planner who has worked for a Contractor in the Middle East, and will have extensive knowledge and experience of the following;
- EOT analysis
- Experience with claims consultants and exposure to formal dispute proceedings an advantage.
- Claims preparation, management and seeing a claim through from start to finish
- Excellent Commercial awareness
- Delay analysis
- Forensic auditing
- Full project cycle experience on large build project
- Relevant degree
- Stability / longevity in previous roles demonstrated on CV
