FP&A Hyperion Manager

Job description / Role

Salary AED 40k/month

We’re searching for a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis who is also an expert in Hyperion implementation from a technical standpoint.

The role Requires extensive hands-on information systems experience to effectively support the current and future growth and information needs of the company. Also, a pivotal responsibility will be the management of Hyperion and the continuous development of the Business Intelligence capability to support the future requirements of the company.

Responsibilities
- Management of Hyperion and the continuous development of the Business Intelligence capability to support the future requirements of the Group.
- Preparation of monthly group performance reports and supporting performance analysis
- Consolidation of Divisional performance and analysis in conjunction with the Divisional Finance Team
- Provide Corporate Finance support required by the Group
- Define standards for management analysis and performance reporting, including data sources, data mappings, presentations, formats and templates.
- Work cross functionally to develop standard metrics and subsequent reporting
- Collaboration with teams across the company to develop and deliver the Group strategic plan, budgets, quarterly/rolling forecasts and ongoing performance reports to support accurate decision making.
- Provision of a suite of standard performance reports as required by various stakeholders
- Continuous identification and deployment of system enhancements to improve the quality of management information across the Group

Requirements

- A Hyperion expert - candidates must be able to make amendments / implementation at the back-end. Act as a techno-functional consultant.
- A fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA etc)
- Excellent FP&A / financial analysis experience
