FP&A Lead

Job description / Role

NTS Group is working alongside a leading company within the pharmaceutical sector to recruit an FP&A Lead to be based in Abu Dhabi. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this candidate will be responsible for the following;

• Lead the Budgeting & Forecasting process.
• Performing complex Business Cases and scenarios.
• Leading the Financial Forecasting and MIS & Reporting.
• Identify and drive cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements

Skills, Experience & Qualifications; 

• Experience in Leading / Handling FP&A Dept.
• Expertise in the areas of Financial Forecasting and MIS & Reporting.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industries.
• Experience in handling detailed analysis of high volume and complex business.
• Experience in Budgeting / Forecasting systems like Cognos / Hyperion etc.
• High levels of Excel and Power BI skills.
