FP&A Manager
Luxury hospitality and leisure destination in Dubai.
The purpose of the FP&A Manager is to provide support to the Financial Planning & Analysis department with the annual budget process, monthly forecast process and various in-depth financial analysis projects and reporting on them.
- Assist with the annual operating budget
- Act as liaison between operating groups and the Financial Planning and Analysis department in relation to budgets and forecasts
- Identify the cause of significant variances from budget and forecast to actual results
- Assist in compiling information for analysis and presentation purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of financial experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Possess a strong background in business/financial analysis
- Technical understanding of business planning processes
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Extensive experience working in Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
