Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To partner with the marketing and sales teams on operational financial analysis, budgeting, revenue tracking & performance management reporting functions.

In conjunction and working with the divisional finance team, the candidate will very closely evaluate pricing proposals and drive efficiency improvements. We are looking for someone with a sales and marketing financial, planning and analysis experience at a hyper growth company with a track record of driving financial performance by identifying and managing key drivers.
- Provide pricing, bid and contract evaluation support
- Provide analysis and communicate performance management- including Goals and KPI’s, to Sales and Marketing
- Provide executive and divisional reporting and analysis to the Sales & Marketing Division
- To build models and tools to assess contract profitability, optimal sales and marketing spend, profitability of sales channels and use the results of analysis to influence future sales and marketing spend.
- To prepare divisional level budgets and forecasts
- Support the implementation of Revenue FP&A systems in conjunction with Group Planning & Reporting
- Providing cost centre managers with comprehensive explanations of actuals and any variances to budget and forecasts.
- Build and maintain partnerships with business leads, product management and finance
- Work closely with the Accounting Services team to ensure accurate recording of revenue, expense and capital accruals or provisions during the month end process.

Requirements

- Fluent Written, read and spoken English
- Any nationality
- MUST be currently located in DUBAI- you will not be contacted otherwise
- Qualified Accountant (CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA)
