Freelance Instructor - Practical Mini MBA in instrumentation and Automation

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient freelance trainer with a strong background in Instrumentation and Automation to deliver a Practical Mini MBA program. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a comprehensive curriculum that blends the principles of business administration with specialized knowledge in instrumentation and automation for "A Practical Mini MBA in instrumentation and Automation (from 20/11/2023 to 24/11/2023)"

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a structured syllabus and course materials that integrate MBA principles with a focus on instrumentation and automation, ensuring the content is relevant, practical, and engaging for participants.
• Lead interactive sessions, lectures, workshops, and practical demonstrations during the training program. Utilize various teaching methods and tools to effectively communicate complex concepts to participants.
• Foster an engaging and interactive learning environment, encouraging active participation, discussions, and collaborative activities among participants.
• Create evaluation methods to assess participants' comprehension and progress throughout the program. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to aid in their learning and development.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments, trends, and technological advancements in the field of instrumentation and automation to ensure that the training content is current and relevant.
• Work in collaboration with the organizing team to ensure logistical requirements, resources, and facilities are available for the smooth execution of the training program.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of business administration and MBA principles.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and practices within the instrumentation and automation industry.

• Educational background in Instrumentation
