Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Freelance Trainer with expertise in Electric Motor Testing, Operation, Maintenance, Protection, and Troubleshooting. The role involves developing and conducting comprehensive training sessions on these critical topics.
Duration for the project: 5 Days
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute training programs centered on Electric Motor Testing, Operation, Maintenance, Protection, and Troubleshooting.
• Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises.
• Adapt training content to suit varying levels of expertise and learning styles within the audience.
• Provide live demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance understanding.
• Assess participants' comprehension and skills development through evaluation methods.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Demonstrated expertise in Electric Motor Testing, Operation, Maintenance, Protection, and Troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or related educational roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Arabic will be an added advantage
• Ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
• Flexibility to adapt to different learning environments and schedules.
