Job description / Role
French Culinary Chef up to 12k Aed for a Catering Services Company in Dubai
• Working closely with the executive chef to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant’s policy and vision
• Come up with new dishes which appeal to the clients, whenever required
• Establish the working schedule and organize the work in the kitchen so that everything works like a “well-oiled machinery”
• Produce high quality dishes that follow up the established menu and level up to location’s standards, as well as to clients’ requirements
• Plan the food design in order to create a perfect match between the dish’s aspect and its taste
Requirements
• POSITION: CULINARY CHEF
• SALARY: up to 12,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus UAE benefits
• HIRING COMPANY: Catering Services Company
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to FRENCH candidates
• Male, below 30 years old
• Overseas candidates are welcome to apply
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
• HACCP Certification is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years experience in kitchen management
• Well exposed in the hot kitchen section
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Must have experience dealing with suppliers
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership and customer service skills
• Presentable with good hygiene
