French Hostess up to 6k Aed ++ for a Casual Dining Restaurant in Dubai

- Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
- Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
- Knowledge of the menu.
- Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
- Providing great customer service.

Requirements

- POSITION: HOSTESS
- SALARY: up to 6,000 AED, depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and duty meals
- HIRING COMPANY: Casual Dining Restaurant
- WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to FRENCH candidates
- Female, below 30 years old

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality is an advantage
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Hotel/FnB setting

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Lounge experience is an added advantage
- Must be presentable and well-groomed
- Truly passionate about hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Provide prompt, efficient, friendly and quality service at all times
