Job description / Role
. Provide leadership and guidance to the front desk team.
. Ensure exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
. Train and mentor front desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
. Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to labor regulations.
. Address and resolve guest complaints and issues, escalating matters when necessary.

. Guarantee that the Branch achieves their Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
. Excellent knowledge in MS office
. Prior experience in a hospitality or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years
. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of front desk staff.
. Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and management.
. Candidates with experience in Dubai and hospitality sector will be given preference.
