Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a client in the luxury space who is looking to hire a Front of House to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-reputed luxury organisation.This role is short term contract, therefore, preference will be given to candidates on a sponsored visa.
This role will entail managing the front of house, greeting clients on arrival and ensuring that they are welcomed into the business with a professional and personable manner, offering excellent customer service. As the first point of contact, the Front of House will answer all incoming calls, respond to enquiries and transfer call to relevant personnel.
Maintaining the upkeep of the office and ensuring that the office is equipped with stationary are the other responsibilities of this role. The Front of House will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, ordering stock, arranging deliveries, some administrative tasks and any ad hoc duties when required.
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
To be considered for the role, customer service experience is mandatory. Previous experience in the Luxury space is advantageous but not essential.
As a well reputable brand, the client is looking to recruit candidates who possess excellent English communication skills service with a team work approach, and who can provide high quality customer. In addition to possessing exceptional customer service skills, The successful candidate will already be residing in Dubai, ideally possessing UAE working experience.
