This opportunity will broaden the candidate’s overall knowledge of the Financial Services (FSI) industry, what solutions Deloitte can offer across functions, gain experience in supporting key account management, expanding his network of relationships within FSI here in DTME and DTTL. The FSI Coordinator will develop a strategic mindset and alignment with the As One behaviors of the Firm.

As an FSI Industry Coordinator your role and responsibility will involve the following:

Strategy
- Support the Industry Leader to develop, drive and implement industry strategies and initiatives.
- Co-ordinate industry planning across service lines for the different regions.

Eminence
- Active thought leadership
- Demonstrate eminence in the Firm and marketplace with published points of views, innovative insights and public presentations or appearances
- Be recognized as a trusted business advisor to high-level client leaders

Industry Program
- Develop cross-regional industry management process
- Coordinate, schedule and manage the industry meetings and forums
- Ensure that the lists of industry responsibilities and contacts across service lines are current
- Leverage global industry activities and infrastructure
- Identify local and global eminence topics
- Prepare industry reports for local and global use

Project Management
- Project manage the multiple projects/ initiatives within the industry program
- Source relevant support across the organization including marketing, communications, events, knowledge management etc.

Market Activities
- Support key “must win” industry client pursuits
- Conduct industry market and client analysis when required
- Provide input to the marketing strategy development process by articulating the industry focus
- Maximise PR opportunities that are presented by marketing, including ensuring that spokespeople are available for proactive and reactive media commentary
- Source relevant content for the marketing team to use across all channels with emphasis on digital
- Coordinate industry activities with the C&I Middle East to ensure activation is focused and relevant

Financial Management
- Prepare and analyse industry revenue performance information
- Develop and manage the industry budget and ensure appropriate reporting and flagging of discrepancies

Stakeholder relationship
- Maintain strong and effective relationships with stakeholders
- Manage customer expectations and delivery deadlines
- Ensure interdependences are understood and managed
- Anticipate and escalate issues before they impact on relationships and the project
- Offer advice and guidance to the best possible marketing solution
- Client service assessments - meeting with clients to assess how clients experience the Deloitte services quality

Innovation
- Seek out opportunities to differentiate through innovation and impact

Requirements

- Educational background -, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Business
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- Energetic and presentable
- 1-3 years of experience. (Business analysis background and interest in FSI domains)
- Big four experience – experience working for a Management consultant firm
- Ability to multi-task
- Generate qualified leads through daily prospecting
- Maintain contacts database
- Articulate, can interface with executives over the phone and know how to work around gate keepers
- Able to work in a fast-based, demanding and meticulous environment
- Excellent MS Office skills including Power Point, Adobe InDesign, and Excel
- Desktop Publishing skills
- Excellent time management skills.
