Australian Pavilion, Expo 2020 Dubai
Professional, experienced and passionate Functions Manager with exceptional customer service skills for VIP clientele. Knowledge of quality Australian produce and beverages will play a key role in securing this sought-after position.
A thorough understanding and experience in five-star plus service standards is essential, as well as the ability to adopt a hands-on approach to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have proven capabilities in being able to manage, motivate and challenge a dedicated FOH team and work creatively with the VIP Executive Chef to deliver seamless VIP functions for the full term of Expo 2020.
Candidate must have well developed cultural awareness and an understanding of Middle East dining and service styles.
