FX Product Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading organisation in the UAE, is currently seeking an FX Product Manager for their growing Wealth Management-Product and Advisory Team in Dubai.

As an FX Product Manager, you will assist the Head of FX Advisory and Strategy on product, advisory and strategy-related business activities on FX and commodities, specifically G10 currencies and commodities . The role also involves growing and implementing strategies to the wealth management objective to attract net new money, educating the Front Office teams, and helping them sell FX and commodities product/trade ideas.

You are also expected to:
- Carry full responsibility of FX product line end to end. This includes taking ownership of new product launches, enhancement of existing products such as DTS and DCIs, liaising with CBUAE, competition benchmarking, process improvement, marketing to front line, etc.
- Work closely with PBOps/ CRAD/ Execution Desk/ Treasury to streamline FX and Commodities related processes to reduce TAT.
- Train private bankers/ asst. bankers/ IAs on various FX & Commodities products/ processes.
- Work closely with execution desk/ BPOps to roll out comprehensive daily FX & Commodities MIS.
- Work with marketing on creation of marketing brochures related to FX & Commodities offerings/ advisory business.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, keen attention to details and quality, and excellent leadership skills promoting entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity, encouraging team members to develop an own book of clients successfully.

Successful candidate should have an MBA in Finance/CFA or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Middle East Financial Markets/Services and a minimum of 3 years in FX and Commodities Markets.
