General Accountant
Salary up to AED 7,000
*Indian Nationals preferred

Our client is a Leading Group of companies has its name established not only in the UAE but making a mark in the entire GCC and even far off destinations in the gulf and African countries. Currently our client is seeking an experienced Consolidator in Dubai to join the team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible to coordinate the accounting and financial reporting function between the group parent and its related local and regional subsidiaries including the single and consolidation; to prepare financial statements, complete monthly closing procedures, prepare monthly account reconciliations, cash flow reporting and the improvement of efficiency level in finance department by designing and implementing new processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present financial statements and other MIS reports to the management for review and decision making.
• Preparation of daily and monthly cash flow forecasts for group and regional subsidiaries and of payroll, leave settlements etc.
• Conduct month-end reconciliations including revenue accounts, bank accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory.
• Conduct physical verification of stock on a regular basis and fixed assets management.
• Interface with others in accounting, marketing, IT, Production Facilities, Senior Management and Auditors.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business and accounting
• 3+ years’ experience working within a Finance team for a medium/large size business in manufacturing and consolidation
• Exposure to SAGE ERP would be an advantage and excellent MS Excel skills

* Work timings will be from Saturday to Wednesday 8AM-6PM and on Thursday 8AM-2PM.
