Job description / Role
• Color hair, cuts and style hair
• Keep work station and tools clean and sterile
• Perform manicures and pedicures, nail art, and color recommendations
• Apply makeup, perform facials, and recommend skin care therapies
• Perform permanent and temporary hair removal treatments
• Apply semi-permanent individual eyelash extensions
• Apply one synthetic fiber eyelash to the natural eyelash, one at a time
• Stays up-to-date on eyelash extension trend, eye health, sanitation, isolation, application, styling, aftercare and more
• Engage clients with exemplarily customer service; appropriately recommend products and services
• Participate in continuing education programs and staff meetings
Requirements
• Female, 40 years old and below
• High school diploma or any relevant certification
• With at least 1 year working experience as an eyelash extension specialist in a salon
• Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and to deliver superior customer service
• Mature and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to sell products to our clients based on their individual needs
• Knowledgeable in different kinds of eyelash extensions
• Presentable with high standards of hygiene
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
