General Cashier/Paymaster

What you will be doing:
- Collect, with an assigned witness, Front Office/Outlets Cashiers' remittance envelopes from the drop safe and to verify them against the remittance logbook
- Ensure cash count and cheques are correct and verify them with the Opera report
- Prepare bank deposits for all cheques and cash collected on the same day
- Process the monthly payroll, vacation payments, final payments in a timely manner
- Prepare daily and monthly reports as required

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Should have knowledge of payroll accounting package, employee benefits, labour legislation pertaining to employment in the UAE and Talent & Culture procedures as well as thorough knowledge of banking and cash handling procedures.
- Must be familiar with automated financial and accounting reporting systems
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
