Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading global law firm looking to hire a General Finance lawyer with 2 years PQE to join its market leading practice in Dubai. The firm would be interested in a high quality Common Law qualified lawyer trained within a Top Tier International law firm.
The role will involve working closely with the lead Partner and senior Lawyers in the firm’s Dubai office and well as part of its broader Middle East network.
The successful candidate will advise delegates, trustees, security agents, facility agents, investment agents, intercreditor agents, escrow agents and account banks on a range of products including sukuk, bonds, securitisations, CLOs, project financings and other structured debt products both on a new money and post-closing (including distress/restructuring) basis.
As well as conventional finance, you will work on Islamic finance although prior experience is not required.

Requirements
The firm is interested in speaking to a Common Law Qualified Lawyer with 2 years post qualification experience gained at a leading law firm. Strong academic records and qualifications.
